In the fall of 2026, the group Europe will go on tour to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the premiere of its third album “The Final Countdown”. The title track catapulted her to international stardom, hitting number 1 in 25 countries.
Thanks to the song’s continued popularity in the digital age, in 2022 the band received an award from YouTube as the first Swedish band to achieve one billion views on a single song, and of course the number is still growing; currently it is close to 1.4 billion plays.
Europe are returning to Poland. Where will the concert take place?
As part of the mentioned tour, the Swedes will return to Poland for one concert, which will take place on October 20, 2026 at the COS Torwar hall in Warsaw. Artist Presale will start on November 26 at 11:00. Pre-sale for Ticketmaster customers will start on November 27 at 11:00, and tickets will go on general sale on November 28 at 11:00. The show is organized by Live Nation.
During anniversary concerts Europe will play an extensive selection of the most important songs from their entire career, culminating in a performance of the album “The Final Countdown” in its entirety.
“40 years have passed in the blink of an eye and we are going to perform ‘TFC’ in its entirety for only the second time in our career, along with other hits and our favorite songs from the upcoming album. It will be amazing, we are working to ensure that the production and show will live up to this special occasion,” announces the singer Joey Tempest.
Let us add that the 12th studio album Europe is also announced for 2026. The album – yet untitled – was recorded at RMV Studios in Stockholm in October 2025 with a renowned producer Tom Dalgety (including Ghost, The Pixies, Royal Blood, Opeth).
Europe regularly visits Poland – the last time the Swedes performed here was in July 2024 at the PGE Narodowy in Warsaw as part of Warsaw Rockswhere they were the main star Scorpions. In turn, two years earlier, in June 2022, Europe played alongside Whitesnake at Tauron Arena Kraków.
