In the 2972nd episode Łukasz will visit Kasia under the guise of taking a few books from the apartment.

Sadowski will inform his wife that several people have looked at their house in Brzeziny, but… no specific offer was made.
– People they are not willing to spend much now – he will say and add that he learned that the Przyłupski family (Magdalena Różańska and Maciej Maciejewski), who competed with them for the house, recovered the money extorted by Borecka (Małgorzata Osiej-Gadzina).

Kasia will tell him that she does not have the courage to call the people who accused them of collusion with Borecka. Łukasz will offer to talk to the Przyłupski family himself and immediately pick up the phone to call them.

– I’ll just ask them a question if they’re interested. At most they will refuse. We have nothing to lose – Sadowski insists on talking to the couple who lost their house in Brzeziny as soon as possible.
Kaśka will suggest to him that they should prepare a special offer for the Przyłupski family.
– They deserve a discount – he will smile.
The Sadowskis will sit down at the table and once again start calculating the value of their house in the countryside, which they will initially set at eight hundred thousand. It will turn out to be a fair amount, but they can go down a bit.
– So what? Seven hundred fifty? – ask.
Łukasz will nod and a moment later he will connect with Przyłupski.
– No no no! We had nothing to do with Borecka… – Sadowski will begin.
– Please don’t hang up – Kasia will join the conversation.
– Our lives have changed a bit and we want to sell this house. We thought that maybe you were interested – Przyłupski will be surprised.
– Good… Please continue, he will hear.
Kaśka will suggest a meeting in Brzeziny.
Przyłupski will be pleasantly surprised by what the Sadowski family has done with the old house, and even more by the fact that they want to get much more for the habitat than they paid for it.
– We will not give more than the original offer – will make things clear.
We reveal that Sadowski will reduce the price by an additional hundred thousand, but for Przyłupski it will still not be enough. Will Kasia agree to sell the house below its market value? Will I decide to lose some money, just to be able to settle accounts with Łukasz and… finally end their marriage?
