Cleo and Donatan in the song “Light”
Now the music video for the latest single has been released online “Light”. The authors of the recording are Cleo (lyrics) and Donatan (music, video direction).
“You will hear one of the most personal songs I have written. Whenever All Saints’ Day approaches, it is a time of reflection and nostalgia for me, or do you feel that way too?” – she wrote Cleo on Instagram before the song’s premiere.
From the information about the song we learn that “Light” is about longing for the closest person – the mother.
As we previously reported, “Equinox: Rarog” is a continuation of the legendary album “Equinox” from 2012 – the first Polish hip-hop album that achieved Diamond status. The new material will include songs inspired by Slavic proverbs, myths and humor.
Cleo (also known as trainer “The Voice Kids”) plays the role of Runa – his alter ego inspired by Slavic symbolism. In turn, the symbolic title of the album refers to the “rarog” – a mythical bird that is the Slavic equivalent of the Phoenix, symbolizing rebirth and happiness.
