The cast of the film included the most talented actors and actresses of the young generation who are on the threshold of great careers. Most of them make their debut on the big screen. However, there is no doubt that after the premiere of “Blazny” there will be a lot of talk about them. Sebastian Dela viewers may already recognize them from films such as “No One Will Sleep in the Woods Tonight” or “Braty”, as well as from the series “Crusade”, “#BringBackAlice” and the latest Netflix hit – “Go Ahead, Brother”. The actor performs on the stage of the Och-Teatr in Warsaw, and recently joined the ensemble of the National Theater.
“Olo, whom I play in the film ‘The Fool’, is a stereotypical dreamer. He is a passionate and hot-tempered boy who does not cope well with failures. He lives under the constant pressure of his parents’ expectations. He does everything to live up to them. He constantly puts on a mask of being tough. and a confident guy who is not afraid of anything. At the same time, he is afraid that others will discover it and see who he really is. I think there was a moment when I was studying at film school when I was as hot as Olo. Like him, I put on a mask. Fortunately, it’s over now,” admits Sebastian Dela.
“It seems to me that the problem that all the characters in the movie ‘Clowns’ have are the imaginary expectations they have of themselves. For example, the fact that in the acting world you have to be ruthless and think only about yourself. I don’t think so. In my opinion, I think you can remain yourself in all this. You don’t have to run social media regularly and be active in show business. Talent and solid work will defend themselves. It is worth focusing on the essence of our work, i.e. acting itself, and the rest will come by itself,” he adds.
Justyna Litwic He has played roles in such series as “Brothers” and “For better and for worse.” We will soon be able to see her in “Śleboda”. On the other hand Magdalena Dwarzyńska She is associated with the Theater on a daily basis. Juliusz Osterwa in Gorzów Wielkopolski. In the TV series “Malanowski. New Deal”, she plays the role of detective Sylwia Konecka.
“In ‘Blazes’ I play Alice. She is a successful girl who will do anything to fight for her dreams. There are many features close to my heart in this character. Definitely determination. I wanted to get into film school for a long time. Acting was my desired path – a paradise, on the border between reality and sleep. I risked and sacrificed a lot to enter the path of this profession,” emphasizes Magdalena Półrzyńska.
“I didn’t expect at all that I would receive the ‘Rising Star’ award at the Mastercard Off Camera International Festival of Independent Cinema for this role. The nomination itself was an incredible honor for me. However, deep down I had a feeling that this honorable title would go to my film boyfriend – Sebastian Deli. When it turned out that I was receiving this distinction, I was absolutely surprised and deeply moved. This is my greatest acting achievement to date. Even after some time, when I think about it, there is a slight tear in my eye,” adds the actress.
