However, before the star of the evening stole the whole show, he appeared on the stage Volume Odell as a support. Nobody charms with the sounds of the piano like him. The artist with its simplicity and extraordinary sensitivity made the audience tears in his eyes. Both hits from years ago appeared at Setlis, which caused me a note of nostalgia, such as “Heal” or spectacular “Another Love” At the end of the set, as well as newer songs, including emotional “Black Friday”. The performance was really a complete show. Nothing better could find this type of evening – a charismatic vocalist, calm piano sounds, an energetic band and songs, to which you can’t not sway.
After Tom’s performance there was a short break, during which ticket holders rushed to the stand with the merche, at which crowds were non -stop. The queues for casseroles and toilets also lined up, and finally – after 30 minutes of waiting, which were mercilessly, looking from the perspective of what was to occur in a moment – all the lights went out. A large cube stood on the stage, covered around with screens, on which hypnotizing visualizations began to display. A loud instrumental introduction sounded from the speakers, and the eyes of people appeared by itself Billie Eilish.
The 23-year-old artist started the concert with a strong song “Hichiro”, To invite everyone to jump during a moment “LUNCH”. Already during these two songs she made a huge impression on me – she ran around the stage with exceptional energy and enjoyed every moment.
It took me a moment to get used to the very strong, even rumbling bass, but after a few songs I understood that they create the climate and best reflect the nature of Billie’s work. I got carried away by the sounds that sometimes aroused anxiety, and at other times they tried to force everyone to dance.

My jaw fell especially during “When the Party’s Over”When the singer sat in the middle of the stage and created a unique atmosphere, thanks to which I felt like I from the Great Arena, moved to a small room in her family home.
The scene that was placed for Billie on Tauron Arena was an ideal solution – it stood in the middle of the album, thanks to which everyone had a perfect view. The artist made sure that each fan had the opportunity to participate in a concert and be part of the whole event. She ran from the left to the right and front to the back so that she certainly would not miss anyone. A large platform also hung above the stage, along with which the star rose into the skies during a few songs, so that viewers even from the highest stands also had a perfect view.
One of the biggest surprises for this concert was for me the fact that the star had live instruments and the band on the stage. I expected rather ready arrangements, released by the speakers, but the artist focused on naturalness. It is true that the musicians did not stand on the stage together with Billie – they were slightly hidden in the collapse – but despite this, even from the lowest stands, they were clearly seen. And, most importantly, it was to feel their presence.

Throughout the concert on the face of Billie, admiration for the Polish audience was painted. I suspect that if someone looked at the Tauron Arena from the outside, while the singer was on the stage, the object would even be shaking. Fans were not able to stop the squeaks and sometimes they even drowned out the artist’s speeches between the songs. In turn, the singing of people already during the songs meant that I had shivers on my body.
At some point, the artist thanked the Polish audience for humming her. She herself admitted that this is her first visit to our country, although I think that she will be happy to come here now. She also turned to her concert team, to Finneas’s brother and parents, expressing great gratitude for the support she receives from them.
At one point, the artist asked the crowd to get complete silence in the arena. She needed this to create special harmonies with her voice, which accompanied her for the rest of the song “When the Party’s Over”. I didn’t think it would work. I was even convinced that at least one person would break out and as soon as the opportunity arises “I love you, Billie”. It turned out that the artist’s fans could be really involved – they fulfilled their idol’s request and did not whisper a word.

At the end of the performance, the artist served us the rock version “Happier than ever”thanks to which the famous verses “i’d never treat me this shitty. You made me hate this city” could be shouted. Billie waved her hair at the time, while playing sharp riffs on the guitar.
A moment later it sounded “Birds of a feather”thanks to which concert participants were launched in a melancholic mood. Confetti began to fall from the sky, and the beautiful words of the song were said: “I’ll love you ’til the day that and die”.
I was impressed by the fact that in fact one girl, without dancers or excess special effects, can do such a big show. Visualizations on screens and perfectly arranged songs that resounded a thousand times better in the arena than at home on headphones, made me completely immerse myself in a world that Billie wanted to introduce us to. I can definitely count the evening as valuable.
