ArteKino Festival 2024: films by young creators are available online!

ArteKino Festival is organized this year for the ninth time. The event is an opportunity for young artists to present their talent, and for viewers to take a closer look at European diversity and culture.

“Our selection of films is an expression of appreciation for young creators with a unique perspective, touching on both geopolitical turmoil and personal dramas in their works. Moving between documentary and fiction, the films offer both a melancholic and hopeful vision of the modern world,” says Olivier Père, artistic director of ArteKino.

This year, viewers can watch as many as 12 films online for free during the festival. All of them are available on the ARTE.tv platform in 32 European countries with subtitles in six languages: French, German, English, Spanish, Polish and Italian. This year’s breakthrough is also the inclusion of special subtitles in Polish for the hearing impaired.
