Series “Akacjowa 38” invites viewers to Madrid at the end of the 19th century, revealing to them the complicated life of the local bourgeoisie, against the background of social and political changes of the era. The central character is Carmen, who, after the tragic murder of her husband, faces a dramatic choice regarding her own future and the fate of her newborn daughter. Her decision to leave her child in a monastery orphanage initiates a series of events that not only transform her life, but also introduce profound changes in Madrid society. In effect Carmen finds a new home in a guesthouse at Akacjowa 38where her life and the fate of other inhabitants intertwine, creating a multi-threaded story about survival and the search for identity.

Ursula reveals to Cayetana that Mauro took her documents regarding the prince, which makes her angry. Teresa plans to approach Ursula to get information about Cayetana from her. Lolita decides to pursue a career as a bullfighter Servando intends to support her in this. Martin is concerned about Casilda and turns to Pablo for help. She fears that Casilda may end up on the streets and asks Pablo to bring her back to Akacjowa.

Ramon plans to directly borrow a significant amount from Marquis Norberto Cobo's purchase of coffee plantations. Lolita, who dreams of becoming a bullfighter, practices corrida with Servando in the street.
