“M is for love” is one of the longest-running and most popular Polish television productions, the plot of which focuses on the Mostowiak family. The series shows the life of the inhabitants of Warsaw and the small town of Grabina, and viewers have the opportunity to meet various characters, such as the twins Paweł and Piotr, Maria and Artur Rogowski and Tadeusz. It’s been 25 years since the premiere of the first episode.
“25 years of M jak miłość. Our silver jubilee” is the title of the special episode dedicated to the cult Polish series. It is now available on TVP VODand when will it be possible to see it on TV?
The action of the anniversary episode will take place nowhere else than in Grabin – a place that has been a symbol of family meetings, human kindness and love for years. Piotr Zduński will return to his hometown, bringing with him not only his loved ones, but also the secret he has been hiding for a quarter of a century. The night meeting in Grabino will also turn out to be special for Natalia and Adam, and their relationship will take on a new meaning. At the same time, Paweł and Franka and their son will begin a new stage of life by building their dream house – but there will be complications that will test their patience,” we read in the press release.
During the anniversary Małgorzata Pieńkowska will sing the unforgettable “Barbara Waltz”. Kisielowa and Żak will ensure a good mood – “with homemade baked goods and a bit of crazy ideas, including a bicycle ride without clothes. The anniversary will also show an extremely moving accent – the senior of the Basia family, while sorting out family souvenirs, will find a lost letter from Lucjan” – we read further.
The episode will air on Tuesday, November 4 at 20:55 on TVP2. This time, all viewers will have a break from all the problems, romances, betrayals and tragedies that haunt the characters. Earlier, at At 8.40 p.m. on Dwójka we will see a special episode announcing the 25th anniversary of “Backstage of the series M jak miłość”.
