Last Night in Soho: Release Date, Cast, Trailer & More

Edgar Wright’s Last Night in Soho was a October 29, 2021 release (United Kingdom and United States) and the fans weren’t disappointed. Edgar Wright’s newest project after his famous works like Baby Driver, Scott Pilgrim vs The World, and The Cornetto Trilogy (Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz and The World’s End) is a psychological horror flick. The movie is co-written by Edgar Wright with the help of Krystal Wilson-Cairns. The feature is a traditional horror that take us back to the swinging sixties, arrives with a number of twists and a lot of revelations through out. This is the film to remained seated for as it keeps getting better. Another interesting fact is that the title of the movie was suggested by none other than Quentin Tarantino.

Plot of Last Night in Soho (Spoilers)

Eloise “Ellie” Turner is an aspiring fashion designer who arrives at London to study at London Fashion of Designing. She has a persistent love for sixties fashion and one night enters a dream where she’s in the 1960’s. She finds a singer at a club, Sandie whom she instantly gets inspired by. The nights significantly go by and the mornings arrive where Ellie designs dresses inspired by Sandie or dye her hair and change her entire style to match the singer.

In the next night, Sandie undergoes an ordeal and Ellie waking up from the dream goes to report the incident in the present time. Obviously, her words are paid no heed. Now she sets out to take revenge on the men who assaulted Sandie. The movie brings constant unpredictable twists and a plot like no other.

Last Night in Soho: Release Date

The movie received a Halloween release on October 29, 2021. The release was delayed due to the increasing COVID-19 cases worldwide. After the final release, it is scheduled to stay in the screens for a good 17-30 days.

Till now the film is not available for any of the streaming services.
