Captain Jack Harness ( John Barrowman) was rumoured to be returning in the series . Some fans notices a blurb for a Captain Jack comic book tied that hinted at a connection to season 13’s second episode. Although new creatures and alien species dominated Jodie’s first season, that changed when the Daleks , the Master, the Judoon and the Cybermen became prominent in Series 12. Older monsters will also make a reappearance in the latest season, as seen in the video.

Long before it was reported that the Sontarans and the Angels will return, fans spotted them on set! The “Ravagers,” a completely new enemy for the Doctor, have been mentioned several times recently. “ They are a couple of beings we encounter who are monsters of another dimension who have a past with the Doctor- but I even think with this I am giving too much away!” Chris Chibnall has now clarified their identity.
