In 2026, the most famous John Paul in the history of Poland will return to Netflix. The latest installment of the Adamczewskis’ adventures will take viewers to the royal court and into the middle of the family conflicts that began in the second series. In turn, Aniela will start a revolution and open… a school for peasants. There will also be a lot going on for Jakub, who is still arguing with his father.
“In the third season of 1670, as a result of the harvest festival events, the head of the Adamczewski family faces the truth about his identity. He wants to prove to himself, but above all to the nation, that he is a true homo sarmatus. The fight to regain his status leads him to the royal court, where he looks at the backstage of great politics. The world that John Paul knew begins to shake and even in Adamczysze he is not allowed to enjoy the idyll of serfdom,” we read in official description.
Filming for the third series about the Adamczewski family was completed in November 2025. Bartłomiej Topa, Katarzyna Herman, Martyna Byczkowska, Michał Sikorski, Filip Zaręba, Andrzej Kłak, Dobromir Dymecki, Kirył Pietruczuk, Jędrzej Hycnar will return in the hit Polish comedy.
