Griffin Alexander Klaus popularly known as Dillon The Hacker was an American YouTuber who made ranting vlogs. On February 27, 2014, he joined YouTube and became famous by uploading rants on other YouTubers like VanossGaming, Smosh, Markiplier, Jacksepticeye, Pyrocynical, and PewDiePie. He gained lots of fans and haters at the same time. He got featured on popular YouTubers’ channels like PewDiePie, Luna, and Pyrocynical. And became a troll for pretending to hack these YouTubers.
On August 28, 2019, his family shared the shocking news that Griffin passed away on July 28, 2019. And there was no explanation about the cause of his death. Griffin’s friend, BG Kumbi stated that his friend died by suicide and he could not prevent it as they were separated after school.

Louisiana-based Youtuber, Griffin was brought into the limelight by his best buddy, Kevin, aka BG Kumbi. Griffin was a young and thriving YouTuber who was officially introduced in Pewdiepie’s Youtube Rewind.
His emergence as a notorious YouTuber, moreover, as the ‘Dillion who is a Hacker’, began in 210 following his first video, hitting 1M views by a week. Most of his videos will be deriding PewDiePie and those other YouTubers who are causing chaos on the platform. Besides, he was known for his pranks on 4Chan.
PewDiePie vs Griffin Klaus
Sometime in 2014, Griffin started uploading videos showing his hatred on PewDiePie, for instance, his control over the PewDiePie channel. Shortly, the account was retrieved back to the Griffin, eventually befriending the PewDiePie. Subsequently, the friendship between PewDiePie and Griffin grew stronger, since they met in London over a birthday party. However, Griffin claimed that he does not venerate PewDiePie as he wasn’t greeted well. Consequently, Griffin similarly started his rant videos on PewDiePie as Dillon The Hacker. Over and above, the two of them have crossed each other twice, for collaboration and a feature video.
Still, the duo never ceased to fight, especially in the fight between PewDiePie and T-series. During the Youtubers’ battle, Griffin challenged PewDiePie that he would surpass subscribers count as well as defeat PewDiePie in every way. However, that specific video received more dislikes than likes.
How Did Griffin Die?
Griffin died on July 28, 2019, in Hammond, Louisiana and it was kept private for a month by his family. The information about his demise was shared through a Twitter account with a picture and captioned as “many of you may be familiar with the name ‘Dillon The Hacker’. He is someone who has provided us with such amazing satirical content. It’s why it is with great sadness for me to say that he passed away. He is someone with whom, on a personal level, I have shared some great moments. Although our time together was not long, he was genuinely such a kind and funny person. He will be missed”.

Then DramaAlert’s host tweeted about his death and then the situation was explained by twtselma. PewDiePie tweeted saying “Dillon the Hacker was such a talented young comedian. He successfully trolled my entire audience at one point. Such sad news to hear about his passing. My condolences to his family and close ones. RIP Dillon.”
BG Kumbi, Dillon’s best friend, made a video for Griffin. In which he conveys that Griffin committed suicide and he feels sad that he couldn’t prevent it from happening. In April 2020, Griffin’s Twitter account was hacked and they also posted two posts advertising a website, which infuriated the fans for using an account of the dead person to publicize their business.

Around 2015, Klaus said that his account had been hacked by an anonymous hacker named Derrick. Following this, he made his new Youtube channel with the name ‘Dillon Prescott Henderson on May 10th, 2015. Sooner, his first video was removed as it was about the hacker. With this note, Klaus approached PewDiePie to help him in retrieving his old Youtube account. Surprisingly, both of them have patched up and started uploading videos both on old as well as on new channels. By no time, Griffin Klaus united with the bro army. In 2016, Griffin’s main channel was removed from the Youtube platform, however, his main channel and secondary channel are still on Youtube.
