Polish subscribers will soon be able to watch the first Polish documentary series about hip-hop. However, we will have to be patient before we see the first episodes, because the first three episodes will debut on July 24 at the Nowe Horyzonty festival, which will take place in Wrocław. What will we see in the new production?
Piotr Szubstarski was responsible for the direction and As we can read in the description presented by the festival organizer, “All This Rap” shows the rap scene through the eyes of its creators – from the first generation to modern times.
“Netflix’s first Polish documentary series gives voice to all of them: from the first generation that fought stereotypes while creating others, to the one that, taking advantage of its popularity, raised rap to the position of a genre that still sets the most important trends. This is a story about rap through the words of Sokół, TEDE, Wdowa, Szczyl, Young Leosia and many others.”
We don’t yet know when “All That Rap” will debut on Netflix.
